B&W Photo contest

So I had a meeting yesterday with our Publisher Tim Foss to discus the cool stuff we are planning for the web for 2011.

 First off who likes free stuff? everyone right?

Second, we are going to start a little monthly contest on our website. Still interested???

Third, we would like you the readers to help make the contest great by suggesting ideas for future contest in the section called (future contest ideas). Lets be realistic, start small and see where it takes us.

Rules of the contest

It must be a current photo that "YOU" have taken in 2011.
No photos bigger than  800x600  72dpi

The photo must be of a truck from years 1947-1972 and make sure the truck applies to the magazine and in BLACK AND WHITE.    Sorry guys big rigs are out..

To win the contest you must be voted on by fellow forum member under  (Who Should win the Jan Black and White photo contest?) one vote per person please.

thats it simple right? so get out your cell phones, digital and film camera's shoot away

Where do you go to submit a photo for B&W photo contest? sounds like a good idea.

2. if you scroll up you will see the word Forum right bellow the white Feature word. At this point you will need to create a password and then your on the Forum.

Scroll down to General and look for the Black and White contest tittle. hope this helps.

3. I tryed putting my 56 ford on readers rides, and can not get a photo to upload there, I click on browse find the pic, click on open file for pic, the file name for the pic shows up in upload box, I click on upload and after a minute I then save changes, but no photo shows up on my readers ride post. the pic file is a MS Photo viewer, or I tryed MS photo galler but still no luck, Also tryed placing pic on blog but same problem. any ideas?

4. what size is the photo? maybe try reducing the picture to below 800x600?

5. I tryed with 800X600 no luck. but I'am going to open a Photo Bucket account and see what I can do with it. If I can't get that to work then I'm probly a lost cause.
