 Pick up the new issue and you will see Kevin Wilsey's '55 Chevy pickup built by John Schimmelman.

 The '55 i picked for top 5 in Del Mar last year and was even runner up to be Goodguys top truck of the year.

Well just this past weekend at the GNRS John and Kevin picked up two huge awards.

1st in class

Best (truck) in show

2. Best of show and best in which class?? This truck was in the "Full Custom Class" and my black F100 in Building 4 won "Best of Class" in the full custom catagory. Am I missing something or is this just a mistake?

4. 52-56 full pickup. Nope your not missing anything, there are several class divisions that won similar awards.
I believe you were in Semi pickup and Kevin was in Full pickup?

Rich1956, Your truck was off the hook, I spent alot time looking at your truck. Being in Building 4 with the AMBR cars says it all.
Trucktees, Thanks for the nice comments. We will be at the Sacramento Auto Rama Feb. 11th-13th.

6. Thanx perfect storm, I also spent a lot of time looking at your truck as well, it is a kick ass truck. I hope it didnt seem like I didnt like your truck or thought mine was better, I was just confused about the class. Have fun in Sacramento.
